30-Day Gratitude Guide

Gratitude is a habit, and habits grow with practice. For the next 30 days, take a few minutes each day to read the verse, reflect on the prompt, and write down or pray through your answer. You don’t need a lot of time. You just need to pay attention.

Keep Going

Gratitude doesn’t have to end on Day 30. Keep a notebook nearby, share what you’re thankful for at the dinner table, or start each morning by naming one gift from God. Small, daily thanks can change the way you see everything.
